This project involved construction of a new facility in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, including three 300,000 square foot distribution building and a 45,000 square foot destination retail center. The facility is located on a 67-acre site. The project included development of an adjacent 35- acre business park. Site improvements include:

  • Access drives
  • 1,000 car parking lot
  • Truck shipping and receiving
  • Utilities
  • On-site stormwater management facilities

Significant improvements to the infrastructure were made to adequately serve the Cabela’s facility. These improvements included:

  • STH 35 improvements
  • Local street extensions
  • Roadway overpass of BNSF Railroad
  • Sanitary sewer lift station & mains
  • Water main extension
  • Storm sewer interceptor
