Vierbicher provided planning, surveying, platting, engineering and construction services for this 640 acre highly integrated mixed-use community. Located along 3.5 miles of the Yahara River in the Village of DeForest, this development is designed to allow residents to live, work, play, learn and have access to services fulfilling daily needs. A balanced mix of business, residential and educational facilities will provide a full range of business and housing types. This development includes five separate plats; Woods Glen, The Knolls, Hawthorne Point, River’s Turn, and Innovation Springs.
