Tribeca Village

Tribeca Village is a planned high-density, mixed-use development that will serve as
a gateway to the City of Middleton and to set a new standard for development in Wisconsin. The project, located near the northern intersection of the new U.S.
Highway 12 bypass and Parmenter Street, is planned to incorporate many of the
principles of New Urbanism to provide a neighborhood—and destination with vitality.

The concept calls for more density than traditional office parks and retail developments. Nearly all buildings will have multiple stories and contain multiple uses. In order to accommodate such a high level of density, Tribeca Village will require three below grade parking structures, as well as underground stormwater detention basins and storage vaults.

Tribeca Village will provide increased retail, entertainment and hospitality businesses in the City of Middleton. The synergistic mix of uses will create a destination for multiple activities within one small area. Hotel guests can walk to a restaurant for dinner or go across the street to catch a film; restaurant patrons can go to a movie after dinner; shoppers have multiple destinations within walking distance in an environment that encourage pedestrian activity; daytime office patrons do not have to get into their car for lunch; and residents do not have to leave the neighborhood to get basic necessities from the grocery store.
