American Packaging Company constructed a new manufacturing facility in the Village of DeForest North Business Park. The overall project included the design and planning of a 471,750-square foot building on a 26.3 acre site. The initial phase of the project included a 171,100-square foot building. The development included access drives, parking areas, loading docks, and storm water management basins within the site.

Vierbicher was hired by Angus-Young to provide surveying, site engineering and stormwater design services for the project. Coordination with the Village of DeForest, Capital Area Regional Planning Commission (CARPC), the Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) and the State of Wisconsin Department of Commerce was required to comply with stormwater and erosion control requirements for the project.
