2nd Addition to Carriage Ridge

Carriage Ridge is a picturesque, environmentally-friendly, premier neighborhood located on 200 acres, just north of Lake Mendota, in the Town of Westport, Dane County, Wisconsin.

Vierbicher assisted in the phased development of the Second Addition to Carriage Ridge Plat, which included 68 residential lots. The development included design of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, and other necessary infrastructure. Vierbicher prepared plans and permit applications to address Town, County, and State requirements for engineering and plat approval. Specific services provided: Topographic Survey Map; Concept Plans; Preliminary Plat; Final Plat; Dry Utility Coordination; Easement Documents; Engineering Design Services including preliminary design, water, sanitary sewer, site grading, stormwater & erosion control, lighting coordination; Public Meetings; and Bidding and Award of Contract, as well as construction staking and administration.
