Project Description

Green Bay’s long standing downtown regional mall was in need of a new downtown redevelopment plan. Part of this plan was developing a 76-unit mixed use building with first floor retail. T. Wall Enterprises pioneered this new building along the Fox River, and because of the investment, the city rebuilt the Fox River waterfront with a new boardwalk called City Deck to accommodate concerts, farmers markets, weekly lunches, and community events, which has now spurred area-wide redevelopment and ultimately has revitalized downtown Green Bay.

The apartment complex has a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units with high ceilings and open floor plans. The apartments each have washers and dryers, private balconies and large closets, and the property has a large outdoor terrace for grilling and socializing around the fire pit.

The property also has a fitness room, complimentary coffee bar and heated underground parking. Renter perks include a game room with pool table, darts, library, theater and even dry cleaning services for residents.

City Deck grew the City of Green Bay’s tax base by over $8 million.

Vierbicher provided site design, erosion control, stormwater management, permitting, and surveying for the project.
