Kayser Lincoln

Vierbicher partnered Ideal Builders to created a new home for Kayser Automotive Group’s Lincoln dealership in Madison, WI. This project involved demolishing an existing facility and significant site work to accommodate the upscale dealership, which shares space with Kayser’s Ford lot. To maximize the available area, we implemented an underground detention system, creating ample parking while adhering to the stormwater and environmental regulations. The building itself boasts high-end finishes, including a living wall in the service area, reflecting the Lincoln brand’s luxury.

Our team provided comprehensive site development services, initial surveys, design, permitting, and construction administration. We coordinated soil investigations, managed city submittals, and provided construction staking, and erosion control expertise. Careful site grading and meticulous landscape design ensured a seamless transition between the Lincoln and Ford dealerships, maximizing the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the shared space. This project highlights Vierbicher’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions that meet our client’s unique needs and enhance their brand identity.
