This groundbreaking project addresses a critical need for housing in the area, providing both senior and workforce living options.
The development was funded, in part, by Affordable Housing Tax Credits through Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA).
The houses have 95% efficient furnaces, bioswales basins to protect nearby wetlands from waste runoff, LED lights, water saving devices and use solar energy.
The Limerick Townhomes and Senior Apartments stand as a testament to the power of collaboration and innovation. The development not only offers quality housing but also contributes to the overall vitality of Fitchburg.
Vierbicher provided comprehensive land surveying and civil engineering services, ensuring the project’s seamless execution. This included the preparation of ALTA surveys, certified survey maps, foundation surveys, engineering construction plans, stormwater management design, and permit applications for the project.
