Vierbicher has worked closely alongside famed Chicago developer Mike Keiser in recent years on the Sand Valley Golf Resort, contributing the expertise and agility necessary to see his masterpiece come to life.
The Sand Valley Golf Resort sits atop 1,700 acres of tumbling sand dunes rising up to 60 feet in elevation. In this dynamic project, Keiser’s team needed to accommodate many working parts. Each time concepts were revised, Vierbicher responded quickly with information, designs, measurements and advice.
In this large, multi-phased project, Keiser plans to develop five golf courses that respect and restore surrounding natural habitat. Vierbicher is providing a wide range of solutions including utilities, roadways, parking lots, and stormwater management facilities.
