The Little Potato Company constructed their USA corporate headquarters, potato processing and packaging facility in the Village of DeForest. The facility included a 133,000-square foot building on a 15.91 acre site. The development included access drives, parking areas, utilities, loading docks, and storm water management basins within the site.
Vierbicher was hired by Ryan Companies US, Inc. to provide surveying, site engineering and stormwater design services for the project. Coordination with the Village of DeForest, Capital Area Regional Planning Commission (CARPC), the Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) and the State of Wisconsin Department of Commerce was required to comply with stormwater and erosion control requirements for the project.
