Village of DeForest Athletic Complex

The DeForest Athletic Complex is a state-of-the-art facility located on 25 acres, south of Innovation Drive between River Road and Conservancy Way and north of Windsor Road, with excellent access to I39/90/94. The complex is comprised of four diamonds (two-skinned/two synthetic infields), two long grass fields and a full concession stand with open air shelter.

Vierbicher has a long-standing relationship with the Village of DeForest and was proud to provide a comprehensive list of services for the construction of the Comservancy Place Athletic Complex, including:

• attending meetings with user groups
• completing an updated master plan
• completing site surveying
• preparing a CSM to divide the current property
• preparing a mass grading plan of the site
• preparing sanitary sewer and water distribution designs
• completing a parking lot layout and design
• preparing detailed layout plans, grading plans, and detail drawings for the softball fields, football fields, and tennis courts.
• developing a stormwater management plan
• developing plans for pedestrian access
• completing a landscaping plan for the site.
• preparing bidding documents and administer the bid process.
• completing construction administration, observation, and staking activities.
• providing a topographic survey, certified survey map, preliminary plat

The park has become a sports tourism destination already showing signs of great success. The Village of DeForest looks forward to the many recreational and economic opportunities this project provides.
