As Engineering Services Manager, Gary leads the Madison Municipal Group focusing on providing design and construction services to municipal and state agencies. This includes working to develop funding opportunities for our clients. His responsibilities include assembling cohesive teams of engineers and community development specialists to complete all types of infrastructure projects including vetting out funding opportunities. With his wide experience, he serves as a mentor for our younger staff. As Principal, Gary serves on the Board of Directors and is responsible for generating new business opportunities within the Public Sector throughout the firm.
