John F. Kastner, PE

John has more than 20 years of surveying, design, and construction experience. His private development experience includes preparing plans for a wide range of developments including multifamily, senior living, medical, office, hotel, commercial, and industrial developments. John’s experience also includes public infrastructure improvements with local municipalities and transportation projects with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. He enjoys working with development and design teams to take projects from initial conception through construction, and he is very knowledgeable in entitlements and permitting requirements of regulatory agencies. John began serving on the Vierbicher Board of Directors in 2021.
